EDUCATIONAL CORE CLASSES (FOOTBALL)
- Aerobic: This is used to check for lapses or gaps and to ensure that players are able to compete at appropriate speeds and intensities throughout a full match. This is achieved by emphasizing that the appropriate work to rest ratios are used to make sure that the Aerobic Energy System is being targeted by the activity. Training activities include; Circuits (for fitness tests and to measure the distances player achieves within the time period), passing patterns and Aerobic 1-2 Dribbling.
- Speed: This is used as the last component of a warmup or within a training session, to make sure that players work at maximal speed and have large amounts of rest with a work rate to rest ratio of around 1:6. Activities include Speed passing with sprints, speed shooting patterns and dribble, speed shooting and speed shooting half pitch.
- Agility: This is like speed more emphasized on coordinated movements at speed with large amounts of rest given with work to rest ratios at 1:6. Activities include Agility dribble, Agility 1-2 reaction, Agility passing with shooting.
- Anaerobic: This is used to ensure that players are able to perform very high intensity a room for short periods during matches. Activities include Anaerobic pressing channels, Anaerobic passing support, Anaerobic passing variations, Anaerobic passing square, Anaerobic shooting.
